So many Japanese Business men are living alone away from their family.  Reason for this is simply that the wife and kids like to stay the place where the number of years have been spent, while husband has to go the place for the work. 

My nick name is "Oka-chan", and have recently started "Tanshin-funin" (living alone away from family - Business Bachelor) in Osaka city, while my family is living in Kanagawa.  My wife seems happy in this situation as people said "Wife is happy when her husband is not home, and he is healthy bringing money to the wife". 

Starting "Business Bachelor" since 10th May, 2003, in Osaka.  This home page has built up based on my experience how to get apartment with the cheapest cost, money saving. 

Super Express Train called Shinkansen 270 - 290 Km / hour speed.  It takes 2 hours and half from Tokyo to Osaka.		At least once a month, Oka-chan takes this train for returning home.
