Without seeing doctor for at least last 10 years. A couple of times of having colds - and that it! How come this health condition for me ! Let summarize the points you are also becoming heath very much.
The foods are mainly from Japanese (old Japanese style). Do not spend much to eating, so called "Teishoku (standard) is recommended, which usually costing from Yen 600 - 750. Do not eat junk foods especially from US!!.
Do easy life, do not have frustration !!.
Do excise every day i.e., walking for several miles. For me, do attend sport gym and swim 2,000 meters every day.
Do not eat much. Feel 80%, and stop it. Do not eat any food, after 8 PM.
