Get Apartment Room, Yen 34,000/Month (US$300) |
The first action was taken that the searching the apartment information in Internet Site i.e., http://www.isize.co.jp/ to get printed out for the cheapest one. My target area was decided as Shin-Osaka due to the convenient place to take Shinkansen.
On 9th of April, the visiting agents close the the Shin-osaka station by bringing the hard copy of internet information, where the price for one room apartment is started from Yen 20,000.
The agent said that all the information listed in internet is not for the recommended, because of some reasons are existed in behind.
In last, it has been decided for the room close to Shin-osaka with 20 M2 one room. The one time charge was as follows.

The summary how I got this apartment room is:
- Get the internet information and hard-copied which brings to the agent for the negotiation.
- Stick to the cheap room. The agent always conveys and recommend you the higher charge of room.
- Visit a couple of nominated rooms and decide the best one you think OK.
